Goals & Objectives
As you can see above the acceptance letter from my intern site, there are two obvious goals that I need to achieve during three month, May 12, 2014 - August 8, 2014. In addition, I have added one more goal for my self-improvement.
First goal I have set up is to attract interest and attention of potential customers using ground marketing tools: email and phone call. I am supposed to bring more potential customers to our products/service so that the agency could have better financial wealth.
My second goal is to provide man-to-man follow-up care service with survey. As I do my best to achieve this goal, my agency and I expect customers to have higher satisfaction on our service.
The last goal that I have made up is to learn professional attitude in the business world. I am a college student and lack of experience in the real world, so I have always felt I have needed more chances in the business world to learn more professional attitude. It would be really helpful experience for now and future career.
Here are the objectives which explains how I am going to achieve the goals.
1-(1). Use the Constant Contact to make up marketing letters on the web for over 500 potential customers at a time
1-(2). Make at least 10 phone calls in a day to potential customers in order to get their interests in our services.
2-(1). Let my clients know all hospitals in Orange County they may be able to go with their insurance for lower medical fees.
2-(2). Have a survey via phone to find out clients’ needs and try to provide them instantly.
3-(1). Learn a formal way to speak to clients over my habits in the business world.
3-(2). Learn more advanced terms to use in this field from my supervisor and co-workers.
